Master Chef Kunihiko Aikasa and Chef David Seo are bringing their sushi talents to Leonia.
Shumi, an award-winning sushi restaurant in Ridgewood, sets its sight on expanding its efforts that will include an 8-seat omakase experience.
Shumi's fish is freshly provided from Japan, daily. This restaurant is known to be one of the best sushi restaurants in NJ. In fact, NJ.com has included them in part of numerous 'best sushi restaurants in NJ" lists.
Shumi will be offering a full Japanese menu in the 42-seater dining room. Dishes range from cold Japanese sushi dishes to hot dishes like Ramen, Beef Teriyaki, and more.
The Leonia location opens this Friday, February 3rd.
